Duties of the Lead PCV Coordinator
The Lead PCV Coordinator is responsible for intake and scheduling of visitation, CA Social Worker (SW) contact, supervision of visit supervisors, training of said staff, submission of reports and maintenance of all client files per DCYF/CA guidelines and contract regulations.

Duties of the Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for all office functions including office organization, bookkeeping, record keeping and security of client and personnel files, payroll, marketing, and other tasks as assigned.

Duties of the Clinical Supervisor
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of treatment and all clinical services that are provided to children, youth and families. Duties also include providing training and supervision to all service providers when appropriate.

Duties of the Executive Director
The Executive Director’s primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day operation of the agency and all of its programs, including admin and support staff, clinical staff, and visitation supervisors. Duties also include the development and adherence to policies and procedures, which are reviewed and/or revised annually.
