How We Work

All JHV employees are responsible for fostering and maintaining a workplace that values and supports cultural diversity and provides culturally appropriate services. How employees treat each other, and their clients and their openness to new ideas and approaches significantly contribute to the agency’s success in creating an inclusive, diverse, and culturally enriched environment.

We provide visitation services seven days a week, from 8 am to 8 pm, excluding travel time. We are seeking passionate, team-oriented individuals who are dedicated to helping foster children and their families reunite, working full-time (30 – 40 hours per week), part-time (15 – 25 hours a week), or weekends (Friday – Sunday).

Office Assistant

Become an essential part of the JHV admin staff, supporting the PCV team and the Executive Director.

PCV Specialist

Join the Parent Child Visitation team and provide visitation support to our multi-cultural clientele.

PCV Team Lead

Lead the Parent Child Visitation team and manage the global visitation calendar for the agency.
