Evaluation

All employees shall be given an evaluation after 90 days of active work.  The evaluation will target the individual’s understanding of his/her job requirements.  It will also address concerns of issues that must be addressed by the employee.  After this evaluation the employee shall be given 30 days to make the required changes.  (The employee will be given a written copy of all concerns of issues that must be addressed).

  1. If all issues are addressed in an appropriate fashion the next review shall occur in one year.
  2. If the employee fails to make the necessary changes, the following disciplinary action may be taken:
    1. The employee may be terminated
    2. The employee may be given a different position with fewer responsibilities
  3. An additional probationary period may be given to allow the employee more time to make necessary changes.  This is at the Executive Director’s discretion.

Emergency Evaluations

Any employee whose conduct does not meet the expectations of this agency may be subject to an immediate review.  An emergency review may result in the immediate termination of employment.
