Joining Hands Visitation will contribute to medical, dental, and vision coverage for all employees based on those who choose to participate in coverage. Ability to enroll will start after three months of initial employment or after the end of initial probationary period of 90 days of employment.
Health benefits are available to all employees regardless of position or hours worked. Every effort will be made to find the most economical package yet most comprehensive coverage available. Current health benefits are currently provided by Kaiser Permanente and Delta Dental Plans.
Benefits Booklet is available for staff perusal at any time. Each employee enrolled receives a Benefits Booklet via electronic delivery to their agency email address. See the table below for the requisite enrollment forms.
