All new hires on completion of orientation and pre-service training will be issued agency badges to be worn at all times in conducting agency business. Said badge will include staff photo id and agency information such as name, address, contact information, and website.
Each new hire will also be issued a planner, steno book, and a thirteen pocket file organizer to help keep themselves and their necessary paperwork organized and all agency paperwork in a designated place.
Upon completion of 20 hours of job shadowing if all criteria are met new hire will be assigned visits and be monitored in their job performance for a minimum of 90 days’ probationary period.
Dependent on job performance and review new hire may or may not be advanced to regular staff status and may/or may not receive a wage increase.
