Are guns allowed on a licensed facility’s property?
You must not permit guns, ammunition and other weapons on the premises of your agency. (WAC 388-147-1575)

Joining Hands Visitation staff, clients, volunteers, visitors or any other third party are prohibited from carrying, maintaining, or storing a firearm or weapon on: any JHV premise, the property of any client, or any site, location or destination where an individual is participating in JHV services or representing JHV in the community, even if the owner has a valid permit.

Any such individual who is reported or discovered to possess a firearm or weapon will be asked to remove it immediately. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination and/or arrest.
