Visits will be made up when:

• Visit Supervisor emergency
• Child is unexpectedly unavailable
• Court hearing
• Caregiver takes the child on a planned vacation
• Bad weather

Visit will not be made up when:

• Parent no showed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
• Visit ended early because of the parent’s behavior
